Yes. We have our fish tested for mercury by an independent laboratory and publish the reports in full at https://brand.naturalcatch.com/certifications. Tins that qualify carry a Low Mercury mark on the label.
Short lists. Albacore in water is albacore tuna, water, vegetable broth and sea salt. The olive oil tins swap the water for organic extra virgin olive oil. The full ingredient list for every product is on its own product page.
Fish is the only allergen declared on our labels. Ingredients do differ between flavors, so read the list on the product page for the tin you are buying.
Most of the line is OU Kosher Pareve and Non-GMO Project Verified, and the coho salmon is also ASC certified. The marks differ from tin to tin, so check the badges on the product page rather than assuming.
Every tin is printed with a best-before date at the cannery, and that date is the one to go by. Keep unopened tins in a cool, dry cupboard. Once a tin is open, move what is left to a covered container and refrigerate it.
